We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Installer with at least three years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial environments. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, ductwork, and ventilation systems in residential and commercial settings.

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications to ensure accurate installation.

• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes, as well as company safety standards.

• Test installed systems for proper operation and make necessary adjustments.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues efficiently.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

• Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and team members.

 

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience in both residential and commercial environments.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and tools.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• EPA Certification (required or preferred based on company standards).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces, heights).
